1. How would you describe Lynn's ability to communicate and interact with other team members on a project?

Lynn is a great communicator. In the beginning of her project at Avanade, she was reworking content for Avanade.com; she was able to work with many different people at Avanade, from the CEO to the technical experts. She was able to resolve differences in opinion with finesse and work to build consensus. Beyond her verbal skills, her written communication skills are also excellent. Much of the content that she generated is currently on the Avanade.com site. She is also very social and able to befriend and work
with many different types of personalities and cultures. One example of this was working with each of the country content owners to build the translated content for each of the international sites. She was very patient and effective in working with these various cultural sensitivities.

2. How would you rate Lynn's ability to meet deadlines?

Lynn is very deadline focused. She is responsible and can be counted on to deliver. She worked extremely hard and under very tight deadlines for months. As a team, we were able to deliver 11 international websites on schedule. An example of this was during the 9th hour of our release of our international websites, in one week we were able to release four translated websites - Brazil, Spain, France and Germany. We could not have done this without her dedication

3. How would you describe Lynn's ingenuity and her approach to problem solving as well as her ability
to persevere in the face of obstacles?

Lynn was very good about coming to me and presenting me with options as opposed to just asking
"What do I do?"; this is a sigh of relief for any manager. The ability to problem solve and reason through situations and options is extremely valuable and Lynn recognizes this. One example of this was developing a translation spread sheet that we now use to elicit updates from each of the content owners in other countries. She also built web pages in five different languages, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, and Italian - this took incredible flexibility, concentration and patience.

4. Does Lynn display initiative in successfully learning new technologies with no instruction from other team members?

Lynn is a very fast learner. She was able to pick up a completely new language, XML, without blinking
an eye. Our team was truly moving at e-Speed and there was no time for formal training. She stepped up to the plate and shined. She was able to pick up our process using XML, as well as using Source Off-Site and Visual Source Safe. She is very adaptable and is eager to learn.

Overall, Lynn is a delight to work with. She is sharp, business-minded, and focused. I believe that she
