Project Description:

The marketing department of this high tech company was in the midst of transforming their existing one-dimensional web site into an
international corporate presence. The
site needed to be highly professional, complete with a detailed recruiting section, which would meet the labor
laws of each specific country. In
addition, all content needed to be translated for all non-English speaking sites. The company required a highly skilled web team that could ramp up quickly to get the project done correctly and on time. Role included cross-cultural internationalization of eleven country web sites, five of which were non-English speaking and entailed collaboration on
a global basis. Re-wrote all content and
migrated it from HTML to XML on
2,200 pages.

Results:

By re-architecting the corporate web site, the company was able to
introduce themselves to the market as a top technical company, which, attracted talented professionals and achieved favorable press coverage. The marketing department in general and the web team
in particular got rave reviews for the site. As a team, we were able to deliver 11 international websites on schedule.
